Cuban cigars are generally classified as mild, medium, or strong. When someone refers to the strength, they are talking about the impact the smoke is supposed to have inside your mouth.
Determining cigar strength can be very subjective. What one person may consider a strong brand might be considered medium by someone else. For this reason, many cigars are rated as "mild to medium" or "medium to full".
