Ramon Allones Cuban Cigars
The second oldest cigar brand in production in Cuba, Ramon Allones Cuban cigars are not a well-known brand outside cigar-smoking circles. However, their strong flavors, exquisite quality and great value puts them in the same league as the best H. Upmann, Partagas and Romeo y Julieta cigars.
Ramon Allones cigars have a very direct and robust earthy flavors, with balanced hints of floral, nuts, herbs, and honey sweetness. When aged, they might easily be the best premium Havanas available.
Available in handmade and machine-made versions, the flavors and engaging aromas of full-bodied Ramon Allones are comparable to Partagas, but are not as strong as Bolivar. As such they are not recommended for novice smokers.
Ramon Allones is believed to be the first to adorn cigar boxes with colorful lithographs. They are alos the first to use 8-9-8 boxes.
Production of Ramón Allones cigars is very limited, as a result they are very hard to find.
