Ordering Online from ShopCubans
We’ve made ordering your favorite Cuban Cigars online from us
fast, easy and totally secure. To place your order:
- Select the desired cigar product by clicking on Add to Cart.
You will then be taken to your Online Shopping Cart, where you
will see a list of cigar products you wish to buy.
- Online Shopping Cart page:
o To no longer purchase a particular item, click on
the Remove button.
o The Update Cart button will update the total price
of your purchase.
o To continue buying other cigars, click on the Continue
Shopping button.
- If you have finished making your order, click on the
Checkout button to finalize the order
New Customers:
You must open an account with Shop Cubans.
In your account, enter a valid email address as well as
your personal and shipping Information.
Returning Customers:
Enter your username and password. Verify your personal
and shipping Information; update the information if necessary.
In the future, if you wish to make any other purchases
at Shop Cubans, you simply login into your account.
You will not have to re-enter your personal and shipping
Information.
- Follow the instructions to complete your order. Once it has
been accepted, a email will be sent to you confirming we received
your order. New customers will also receive their login information
to access their account.
- Upon successful processing, expect to receive your order in
5 to 10 business days.
- You can find out the shipping status of your order by
logging into your account.
- To ensure future orders are successfully processed and
shipped, your personal and shipping Information must be
kept up-to-date.
